KITCHEN COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Sheffield

We have a long heritage in the kitchen industry and we are passionate about kitchens and providing a great customer service. To support with this, we’re looking for a Showroom Compliance Officer to ensure that high quality kitchen plans are always created by our Kitchen Designers and to improve their technical understanding.

You’ll work with the showroom team to improve the quality of planning skills, provide training and manage all showroom compliance processes. You’ll work 40 hours, Monday to Friday.

As the role does require a technical understanding of the kitchen planning process, the ideal candidate is likely to have kitchen industry background. You may have experience as a Showroom Operations Manager, Kitchen Designer or Design Consultant.

KITCHEN SALES CONSULTANT

Coventry

Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but isn’t essential in this role as we believe in growing our talent. We provide full training when you join, so to start, you’ll be enrolled onto our 4-week Kitchen Sales Consultant Training Academy course. You’ll begin your journey in the showroom, learning about our products and our systems and completing an e-learning programme.
After that, you’ll join other Consultants at our purpose built Training Academy where you’ll receive some intensive face-to-face kitchen training. This course will provide you with all of the knowledge and practical skills that you need in order to look after our customers.

Once you’ve graduated our Academy, you’ll go back to the showroom and begin creating dream kitchens for our customers. To ensure that you can provide the best service for our customers, during your first eight weeks after the training Academy, you’ll be fully supported by your design colleagues and manager. The showroom Compliance Officer will check your plans for accuracy and help you to produce perfect plans. You’ll also have a Development Coach, who will be available to answer your design and process related questions.

Critical Purposes of the role:

  • To research, design, deliver and evaluate training and development solutions that focus on the achievement of the Wren Kitchens business and people strategy.
  • To provide professional and effective training and management development solutions for Wren colleagues that add value and contribute to the ongoing performance and success of Wren Kitchens.
  • To contribute to the effectiveness and credibility of all training and development activities (Business As Usual and business change initiatives).
  • To work closely with operational/line management in the research, design, delivery and evaluation of training and development in their assigned area.
