We are looking for Customer Assistants who are passionate about great customer service to join the team here at Vue.
ACT 1 – WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Customer Assistant you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of duties across the cinema.
As well as delivering exceptional customer service you will help the cinema to meet daily sales targets by recommending films and up-selling our premium seating options and latest deals on drinks and snacks.
You’ll check tickets, replenish stock and work as part of a team to get each screen ready for the next film in record time, helping to keep the whole cinema clean and tidy so every customer can enjoy the Vue ‘big screen’ experience at its best.

We have an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our UK and Ireland Finance team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role supports our Sales Marketing and Film Buying departments.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Producing timely and accurate management information in accordance with specified monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Forecasting of the commercial activities to Gross Profit within the P&L (including sales & cost of sales reconciliation for all sales channels)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our Westfield, White City flagship site. This role plays an essential part in keeping this large site running by offering key administration support to the management team.
