IT Administrator

This position is based in Shirebrook

You will assist and support the IT Team by dealing with all administrative functions for the department. This is a fast paced, ambitious I.T. department that needs someone to help coordinate its interaction with external parties and internal systems. One minute you might be chasing down contractors for a line install at a gym, the next you might be booking engineers for site visits to one of our many shops across 28 countries.

Duties to include:

Administration of Purchase Orders and liaising with the IT Workshop and external suppliers
Administration of Telecommunications services, raising orders and cease requests for telephone lines and network connections
Administration of Merchant Services
Management of Store Opening and Closure tasks
Organising and arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties.
Assisting the IT department management team with general admin duties.
Note taking at meetings and during conference calls.
Copy and audio typing of letters, reports and presentations.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:

General interest in IT and utilising technology to improve efficiencies
Excellent administration and organisational skills including strong verbal and written English.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail.
Good typing skills.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010/2013
General office duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, answering telephone calls etc.
Hours 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week excluding rest breaks)

Need to be:

Level 3 Personal Trainer/Advanced Gym Instructor Qualified
Previous experience within the industry and delivery of client sessions
Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and someone who is approachable to members and other employees at all time – it is vital that employees in this role have a genuine interest in wanting to resolve members’ queries and deliver an experience above and beyond our members expectations
Excellent administration and organisation skills and proficient in using a computer
Flexible attitude to working patterns with ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
