Working with the IT Portfolio Office to lead and support the implementation of the PMO for a large scale Transformation Programme.
Utilising both NHS SBS toolkit and your own, you will be responsible for establishing governance and structure within the PMO.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support, monitoring of progress and reporting project status within the programme.
• Define and scope deliverables within the PMO, with both internal and external stakeholders, insuring correct governance and accountability across the programme
• Devise, produce and implement new systems and processes to optimise effective Project management and successful delivery of the programme
• Manage all day to day activities of the PMO function, to provide support and services, in line with agreed scope, acceptance criteria and time and quality

Support the formal closure of projects and the completion of project, early life support and lessons learned reviews, in order to ensure that lessons learned are captured and passed to the relevant forum for action and enhance own and teams development, skills enhancement and overall contribution.
