We are looking for experienced LGV (C+E) drivers to add to our existing highly professional team.
You will be responsible for the transportation of groceries from our Customer Fulfillment Centre in Hatfield to various sites in the Ocado network.
Customer Delivery Driver
What you will be doing for us:
Delivering groceries to our customers in timed delivery slots. This includes delivering groceries to various property types such as high rise buildings, basement flats and remote locations.
Providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining timely communication by phone with our customers, to keep them informed of issues or changes to their proposed delivery.
We are an online retailer and our customers expect their deliveries from Monday to Sunday, am and pm, from 05.30 to midnight. Your shift patterns reflect these customer requirements.

We are looking for motivated candidates who are willing to:
Work a shift pattern that covers both early morning and late evening shifts and weekends.
Deal directly with customers both over the phone and face to face.
Deliver to a different geographical area every day.
Deliver shopping into people’s homes which can be up or down numerous flights of stairs. If there is no lift we still guarantee the same service.
Carry up to 18kg weight.

You must have no driving disqualifications within the last 10 years.
You must have no more than 6 points currently on your driving licence
You must have the right to work in the UK, or have a valid work permit.
Carry out a DBS (Criminal Records) check.
Carry out a driving licence check.
