People Advisor – Training

Our sites are pacey, demanding and forever changing. It’s the job of our Training Advisors to make sure our colleagues have all the relevant training to make sure we’re legal and compliant. It’s a role that involves building relationships with both the colleagues and the leadership teams, delivering a first class training service where everyone is working together as one team.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Delivering professional and engaging training to colleagues on site so they have a great experience
  • Planning and prioritising daily workloads to achieve deadlines and targets
  • Support external audits to ensure site compliance and helping the site to continually improve training compliance
  • Run reports using the learning management system (LMS) to identity training gaps and trends, ensure compliance and set up new training

Technical Analyst – (QA)

As a Technical Analyst (QA) you will ensure that the sites legal status as a supplier of a major retailer. You will audit process and procedures applying any corrective action where non-conformance is found.
