REGIONAL COORDINATOR HR

Reply to daily requests, calls and emails from store teams or associates in general. Provide information and counsel regarding HR policies and procedures and local employment legislation.
Perform daily HR audits in PeopleSoft in order to approve transactions keyed at store level, manage contract administration.
Draft and coordinate disciplinary letters.
Ensure all personnel related information systems are updated timely and accurately.
Partner with the Payroll department to ensure all payroll processes work effectively and that all salary payments are accurate and paid on time.
Maintain updated employee files as required by country legislation.
Management of sickness cases. Main contact with external advisors where necessary.
