Store Manager

Customer Service Assistant

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Customer Service Assistant to join the existing team, based at our Neal Street Office. Reporting in to the Customer Services Manager, the role is responsible for providing excellent customer care and service, through their first class and efficient management of general customer enquiries and complaints. Due to the needs to this role and the business this role will require some weekend working on a rota basis.

Supply Chain Assistant

We are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain team as an Assistant. Based in our Covent Garden head office, you will take ownership of all item set up, cost/retail management and the accuracy of all data held within the Supply Chain and Procurement teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Master data management – accurately update and maintain all central product/item, supplier and store data in excel, databases and IT systems
  • Item set up – ensure the accurate and timely set up of new items to enable them to be ordered and sold in our stores
  • IT interface – be the primary contact with the Neal Street IT Team – ensuring the provision and maintenance of accurate supply chain info, ordering systems and product databases
  • Store Support – provide support to store and ops teams (whether that’s phone, email, Yapster or other channels).This could include query/issue support, project/initiative rollout, store support administration

Your main role will be to help our customers and other staff in store during busy periods. You will be a vital member of the team, showing your friendly personality by welcoming customers. It will be all hands on deck keeping the store clean and tidy at all times, re stocking the fridge, helping with deliveries, serving food to customers and generally helping the store and service to run smoothly.
