Senior Customer Engagement Manager

Reporting into the Marketing and Ecommerce Director, you’ll be responsible for the planning and delivery of our customer communications, campaigns and promotions to drive sales from existing customers and promote brand engagement and long-term customer loyalty. You will work closely with the Senior Trading and Optimisation manager to make decisions that will drive our marketing strategy through our digital and direct channels and create commercially effective seasonal marketing strategies and plans to encourage customer retention and re-engagement whilst also exploring routes to inspire new customer.
We are truly omnichannel and our magazine mailings are still an enormous driver of our sales. You will be responsible for the magazine from content through to delivery as well as any communication to our customers through direct mail, email and retail marketing. You will also be responsible for keeping our website engaging for our customers via content management and inspiring campaigns.
You will be a true protector of our brand, ensuring that Bravissimo’s brand is clearly and consistently portrayed in all touchpoints and communications, so that our customers really understand and feel our purpose, regardless of how or where they choose to engage with us.

Senior Customer Optimisation and Trading Manager

Reporting to the Marketing & Ecommerce Director, this role will have full accountability for the performance of our website and digital presence. Managing a team of 3, you will work broadly alongside the Senior Customer Engagement Manager to drive ecommerce performance and build customer loyalty across all digital channels. You will manage the transaction pages to maximum conversion, and develop and maintain online content to create an outstanding customer experience that reflects our purpose. Working with our IT team and wider marketing and creative teams, you will optimise the site for search, both technically and through rich content that inspires our customers.
We launched a new website last year which provides a unique online experience. Our aim with the website is to allow customers to feel like part of the Bravissimo community and offer a window into our in-store experience. You will manage the development and monitor the effectiveness of the site as well as using data and customer feedback to plan and implement further improvements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the online experience is inspiring not transactional, whilst still supporting our commercial strategy.

Customer Service Consultants –

We are looking for talented Customer Service Consultants to join our team based in Leamington Spa on a part time basis, the hours we have availble will incude working evenings and weekend days.
At Bravissimo, we are dedicated to doing the best for our customers. We want big boobed women to feel amazing and we aim to inspire our customers to celebrate their figures and feel good about themselves. Each of our customer service consultants is responsible for helping this to happen. Day to day the job involves answering telephones and live video chat; giving expert fitting and style advice to customers across our product ranges, which includes lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and clothing, processing orders on our computer system, dealing with customer queries and requests, and answering their emails and social media messages. All consultants also spend time each month at our Leamington store helping customers in fittings, trying on, shop floor experience and performing general store duties. The opening hours for Customer Services are 8.30am -10.00pm Monday to Friday and 9am-7pm Saturdays and Sundays, plus Bank Holidays.

Full Stack Developer – Closed

We are looking for full stack developers to join our agile team and help us to develop applications that support our business, from product life-cycle management, merchandising and warehouse management through to stock logistics, point of sale and e-commerce.
As we transition from our legacy technologies such as FoxPro and C#, you can expect to use technologies like Node.js, JavaScript (React, Angular), HTML/CSS (SCSS), NoSQL databases (RethinkDB, CouchBase), RabbitMQ and SQL Server. The work is both technical and creative in nature and requires a blend of backend and frontend skills. We embrace a DevOps philosophy, using tools such as GitLab, Docker and Rancher.
You will get involved across the full lifecycle of an application – design, implementation, testing, release, support and ongoing enhancements. You will also have a real voice to contribute your ideas and innovation to create growth and opportunity within the business.
