Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist with us, it goes without saying you will be providing excellent customer and patient care that will be inspiring and reassuring. It’s more than just dispensing medicine, it’s looking after our customers and patients, listening to them and giving expert advice.

Proactively seeks to understand Boots pharmacy strategy and is able to articulate clearly and deliver in partnership with line manager and regional stakeholders
Experience of completing, communicating and facilitating mandatory training, including confidentiality, child protection, vulnerable adults awareness, First Aid, Information Governance
Understands, communicates and facilitates successful DP directed training, including advanced Boots training interventions completing themselves if appropriate

HR Business Partner

To partner at a high standard executives, managers and colleagues of an assigned area and lead international projects including but not limited to compliance, organisational design, new markets. Provide generalist support to the full employee lifecycle from identifying recruitment need all the way to exiting the organisation. The job holder needs to closely partner with the Executive team to identify, lead and implement the People Strategy globally.
This is a ‘customer’ facing support role, with daily interaction with colleagues and senior stakeholders, the ability to build excellent relationships is vital.
Ideal candidate should enjoy working in an ever changing, fast paced environment and works excellently with ambiguity.
